Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk or use almond or rice milk
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 3/4 cup white rice flour
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp Xanthan gum
  • 2 tbsp organic brown sugar or a bit of stevia
  • Maple syrup for serving
