2-3tbspcoconut sugarcan use maple syrup but reduce the coconut milk for proper consistency
1tsppure vanilla extract
A bit of stevia for additional sweetness
4pinchespink Himalayan sea salt for serving
Pit two ripe avocadoes, scoop them into a food processor, and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice.
Add the cocoa powder, coconut milk, coconut sugar or maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend until very smooth, scraping down the sides of the food processor to make sure all the little bits are pureed. Taste and adjust the sweetness with a bit of stevia if necessary.
Scoop into 4 dessert bowls and garnish with coarse Himalayan pink sea salt for a flavour blast!
